1. Harvesting cocoa pods cut from trees by hand 2. Fermenting beans covered with leaves for 5–7 days 3. Drying beans laid in sun for about 1 week 4. Roasting beans heated at 120–150 °C in ovens 5. Grinding shells removed, beans ground to paste 6. Mixing sugar, milk powder and cocoa butter added 7. Conching & Tempering mixture stirred and carefully cooled 8.
